Why we are different

PNS is unique for several reasons, our expertise is specialized and we prefer to concentrate on subrogation in the auto insurance industry.  Our management team is comprised of former insurance company subrogation adjusters with hands-on subrogation recovery experience.  That expertise is combined with heavy technology savvy management that will allow full concentration on each and every claim file that we handle.  Additionally, we have a network of Subrogation/insurance claim adjusters that work though out the United States accessing their assignments  through the system known as “The Subrogation Advantage”.  In addition if litigation is necessary either against the at-fault party or a third party we have a network of attorneys throughout the United States that we can refer your case out account.  Our system monitors all aspects of the collection process from collectability of the individual, State collection rates and geographical area economics, referral network productivity and recommends removal of attorneys that are in-effective in collecting in a timely manner or have excessive fees. extremely
