A simple contact form will be filled out and routed to the appropriate salesman that handles your type of collections and/or territory and they will call you immediately after getting the request to contact you. The salesman will explain how out processes work, quote you the best rate in the industry and explain how you can interface with “The Collection Advantage” system. This system will allow you to place accounts, obtain detailed statuses and remittance information through the member section of this website.

Automated Contract Request: This will allow you to fill out your information on several easy to complete screens. This information will configure the system, allow the best rates to be quoted for you, and allow you to interface with “The Collection Advantage” system. This will allow you to place accounts, obtain detailed statuses and remittance information through the member section. This will also allow you to control the people within your organization that are allowed to assign account and generate reports on the accounts that have been place with Phoenix National Service Inc. as your debt collection agency.
